Our Aim

Our Aim is to help pupils to develop their skills in order to become independent, develop their confidence and also prepare for national exams in the future. The teacher will help, support and guide them to become successful learners.

What is the difference in between GCSE and IGCSE?

The General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) is an academically highly demanding and internationally recognised qualification.  The students would take exams throughout to the end of the year exam after the two years of study.

The qualification is equivalent to a level 1 or Level 2 ( depending on the grade)

The IGCSE is the international version of GCSE for 14 to 16 year old for those whose first language is not English. The qualification is recognised by several leading universities and employers worldwide.

The qualification will improve performance by developing skills in creative thinking, enquiry and problem solving.

It still include some elements of the old GCSE: coursework, oral and practical assessment as well as exams.
